This fixes a problem in MCM in which the fake streams would not render the time overlay correctly because of a missing font.

Automated PR Review

0. Summary

  • Verdict: MINOR SUGGESTIONS ✏️

Bumps the BASE_IMAGE default in core/Dockerfile from bluerobotics/blueos-base:0.2.5 to 0.2.6. Per the PR body, the new base image ships the font needed for MCM's fake-stream time overlay to render correctly. Single-line change, trusted (org-owned) image — looks fine.

8. Documentation

  • 8.1 [nit] PR/commit title core: Update docker base from 0.2.6 reads as if 0.2.6 were the previous version. Suggest core: Update docker base to 0.2.6 (or from 0.2.5 to 0.2.6) so the direction of the bump is unambiguous in git log.
  • 8.2 [nit] Consider linking (in the PR body) to the bluerobotics/blueos-base 0.2.6 release notes or the commit that added the font, so future readers can audit what else changed in the base image alongside this bump.
